CANCELATION POLICY AND DEPOSIT

A deposit of 50% of the trip cost is required to confirm your spot. These deposits are non refundable so make sure you are committed before you book. If you do have to cancel we will refund your deposit provided that we can rebook the dates that you have cancelled. If you book your trip less than 7 days before departure I will ask for payment in full at the time of booking and it is refundable only if dates can be rebooked. If you fail to show up for a trip you will be charged the full trip price.

If I have to cancel your trip due to circumstances beyond my control, dangerous weather, water levels, etc. I will refund your deposit in full. Rain is not considered dangerous weather.
